Injuries and in game

Well, there is a bug that if a player is hurt, he is no longer playing which is right but it also stops his line mates from playing as well. The game doesn't seem to substitute anyone just for his line during the game making his line not play at all.

Also when there is a goalie injury and you look at the game report, it only shows the starting goalie and doesn't show the guy replacing him.

Just a couple I have found while doing this sim...

There's supposed to be code that adjusts the lines after an injury, but maybe something's gone wrong there; we'll check it out.
