So I bought the new ootp and started a new season. I built my team and got 4 five stars starter and 1 four stars. All my batters are four stars to five stars with high rating and defensive ratings but I continued getting struck out by one two stars pitchers and my starters gave up hit and runs and home run to players with low rating. I played each game but often lost. But when I tried to simulate for a month, I got very good winning record. In playoff, I started out playing each game but lost all of them to a low rating team, down 0-3 in the series so I decided to simulate the entire series and wala I advanced to next round and same **** again. I did the simulation again and win the World Series. I mean come on now, I know something wrong with this game but it does kill time so I will continue playing to kill time. Maybe these developers can do something about it but i doubt it. I had played 2011/2012/2013 but I begin to realize that game will not change. They been talking about droid app for almost 3 years now and still nothing, I begin to think all they do each year is change stats, rating, and players (update info) but none about the core of game or how computer simulate the game. I will still play this game because honestly it is still entertain and kill time but prob won't buy it anymore.

Could be how you manage the game or what you have your settings set to. Have to remember this is baseball a long season and things happen. The game core has been updated each year.
