Filter Coaches Based on Interest?

I really like the idea of hiring my own coaches to my various teams, especially minors. Having different types of coaches in different places helps a little with where to promote/demote players in the organization.

However, it possible we can have a filter based on who would actually WORK at a certain level? It's kind of tedious to search for coaches, and have to go though a slew of "Have no interest in working for X" when trying to fill a position for X. Would like to see a list that's JUST people who have no problem in working for the team I'm looking for. Maybe even have it auto-filter if you go to the available staff when you click "vacant" on the personal screen.

This would be handy. Having additional attributes for staff that can be filtered and sorted would be helpful as well.

I agree that this would be a great addition (or even something like a probability to sign, similar to what OOTP does with the amateur draft).

I has to go through ~30 managers before I even found one that was interested in taking a job with my AAA team.

This is a great idea. Hopefully it isn't too hard to implement.
