Serious ratings drop on Nov 4th?

Ok on Nov 4th of my current game I'm playing I had 2 pitchers that their ratings dropped from 4.5 stars to 0.5 stars? Any idea what might have happened there, seems like quite a extreme drop.

Are they guys in their 30’s? I’ve seen that happen from time to time. Were they starters? If you switch their role to reliever do they have a bump in rating? Could be they are ready for the pen.

That is a possibility there, one which is a RP just turned 30 and the other was a Starting Pitcher is 37.

Thanks I'll look at changing positions.
