Fantasy Draft Scouting

So its a new game - 1871 - initial draft is happening. When looking at my scout, he is great in 2 categories and good in the others. For a fantasy draft, are these players classified under scout majors, scout minors, or scout amateurs? What is the relevant category?

If it's your inaugural draft for the League, it would be the level of the drafting league, so ML.
