How can you change a player's relationship with you (The GM)?

Are there any specific ways to improve your relationship with a player?

To use my example, I accidentally started a 4 star winger on the 4th line at the start of the year and didn't notice until his happiness declined. Since then, for the last 2 seasons, he's shown up in the bad relationship column in the team chemistry screen, despite playing constantly on the 1st line since and overall being happiness with his ice time.

I know that player happiness and their relationship with the GM are separate metrics, but I'm lost on how to improve my relationship with players. I haven't had a complaint show up on the complaint screen so am unsure how to fix this.

Nothing you can really do actively at the moment to change it. I'm hoping to add some more interactivity to this in FHM6.
