Fictional setup

Before I buy the game, I'd like to know if the following is possible:

I would like to create three fictional leagues, one North American, one European, and one Asian

Along with these leagues I would like to have the regular nation World Championships, as in real life, but with all fictional players

Is this setup even possible?

I don't believe this is even close to possible. But I also admittingly haven't played too much with the fictional league creator.
