AHL management issue--help needed!!!
So I'm managing/coaching the AHL Syracuse Crunch in my first season playing the game, ever. I've made it to the semi-finals, but out of nowhere, my parent team the Lighting have called up about 6 players despite not making it to the playoffs and having no use for them in the offseason.
Anyway, I no longer have enough players to start the next game. I don't seem to have a way to acquire any more, and therefore I'm not able to play the next game, I'm stuck-- does anyone know what I might be able to do? Helps appreciated. Thanks. |

When you're short of players, you can sign new ones without the normal delay, including players already contracted to lower-level teams. For the AHL, the best option is probably the ECHL; the easiest way to find those guys is just go to the player search screen and set the filter to "Signable" and the league filter to ECHL (or don't use a league filter, but that may give you a lot of players who technically can sign with you, but may not want to.)
