I've had two occurrences of a pitcher getting injured and then the reliever would act as-if he didn't get a warm-up per MLB rules. Were these just coincidental, or an oversight in the programming? Another strange occurrence: It seems whenever a batter is rated as having an extreme pull on the ground, but straight-away in the outfield, the game automatically sets the outfield to shift in the opposite direction.
