No Attendance in Challenge Mode

I just started a Challenge Mode game for a 60-game 2020 season. There's was no attendance (as expected) for the 2020 season, but then there was none either for the 2021 season. Pretty much every team was set to take a massive loss in revenue and there was no money to be spent. How do I change it to where there will be attendance in the 2021 season? I couldn't even make any moves in the off-season.

I don't play challenge mode, but in general how do we get attendance back?

Are you guys on the latest patch?

I know we had some attendance related issues from the short season in 2020 we'd cleared up on the last patch.

If it doesn't revert properly, then you can manually go into the rules and settings and adjust things. You need to set the average attendance back to the 30k or so it should be. As Lukas said, I know in a previous version I think average attendance got stuck on like 250 people and didn't revert properly.

Where do we find this? I'm still having issues.

Is it under the regular settings? I can't find it AT ALL

It's in the league setup in the financial options.
