Draft using Multi Seasons

Hi everyone, I am looking for help not sure if what I am looking to do is possible.

I am looking to play a season by drafting players from 1993-2004 essentially having all those players in the pool to draft from and play out a season

If that is not possible would I be able to take the teams from the same time frame (1993-2004) and create a league using say 1993 Blue Jay's, 2004 Cubs to mix and match teams from that time period into one league?

Please let me know if one or both of those scenarios is an option and if so how would I go about doing that.
