Screenshots Not Appearing

For some reason, my in-game screenshots are not appearing in my file explorer. The game recognizes that the screenshots are there because I can find them in the in-game file paths, but they are not in my actual file explorer (pictures attached). I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that did not work. Any other solutions?

Unfortunately I don't really have any great ideas here. Is it possible your screenshot folder in explorer somehow is set to hide files?

I checked the file explorer, and the folder is nowhere to be found. Hidden folders/file are set to appear, but no luck. I’ve tried re-installing customized game data, creating a “screenshots” folder myself, and a couple other solutions. For what it’s worth, I’ve tried creating a folder through the in-game method, and that folder doesn’t show up in the file explorer either.

This is probably a stupid question based on your screenshot, but here goes... Did you manually change where all of your game data is stored? By default you would find your screenshots folder here:

Obviously, replace my Windows username with yours, but that's all that normally would be different.

Yours points to your C:\Program Files (x86) folder, which again, isn't standard. Other than that, I'm at a loss. Sorry to hear about your situation...it sure is an odd one!

Yes, I did move the game data storage file path. I used the in-game settings dialogue to do that, but I easily could have done it wrong. If I did do it wrong--definitely possible--I do not know how to undo it.

If you want to undo the custom data location, you can do the following:

1. Type the following into your Windows search function: %appdata%

2. Once that folder opens, navigate to the following folder: AppData\Roaming\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 21\config

3. There, you'll find the following files:

paths.cfg
favorite_paths.cfg
recent_paths.cfg

4. Delete all of these.

5. Restart OOTP. It should be using the default custom data location again now
