Closes after 2 seconds

Nice try, but it takes longer than 2 sec to close on my computer and I can click it off faster. Maybe change to one half second?

It's about 2 seconds. And yeah, you can click it closed earlier, but we wanted to be long enough that you can actually register it otherwise we'd get a ton of complaints about "what was that brief popup - did I miss something" complaints, while still being short enough that if will go away without any actions.
