Altering Minor League Roster Size

I have seen in several threads suggestions to alter the size of minor league rosters. For example, I am currently playing the 1954 historic season, and the minor league rosters for AA teams through rookie ball are capped at 20 players. As such, there is little room to trade for minor leaguers. How can I alter the league settings to expand the roster size for those minor league teams, as many posters have suggested?

Go to League Settings -> Rules

OK. So I go to rules, and get stuck at that point. Under "roster rules," it only seems applicable for the big league team. Under "Minor League Settings," it doesn't; indicate how to set roster size. So, I'm still stuck. Thanks in advance.

You have to select the league you want to edit. In the top right of League Settings there should be a dropdown menu that will let you do that.
