Player Glitching from collection

In perfect team I bought a catcher card from AH. I was working on my roster and updating it etc, and it the instance of the league updated...when I went back to roster he was gone and it had not saved my progress of updating lineups and all that. Now when I go to manage cards..he is not showing up at all.. but when I go to card collection, I can see him there.. I can't right or left click on him to activate him from card collection. In manage cards all the correct boxes are checked for him to show up but he is not there. Card is a silver 76 Travis D'Arnaud. Not sure if this is just a bug or whatever, but any help you can give would be great. Thanks!
