1991Cubs Minors (Single A) Join Date: Apr 2020 Posts: 53	Can you change AI rosters in winter league? In my baseball universe one AI controlled team in the Arizona Fall League built a roster with only enough pitching for a 4-man bullpen. Is there a way I can use commissioner mode to change the roster and give them more pitching? The season starts in two days and rosters are already set.
