Promotion/Relegation Help

I have been playing OOTP for a few years, and I've seen references to promotion and relegation under different options/settings. I would like to set up multiple tiers of leagues (without minors) (Eg, A B and C) where the top teams from B and C can move up and the bottom teams from A and B move down each year. However, I can't figure out how to do this when setting up a new fictional league.

I can't even figure out how to allow for multiple leagues in the same fictional universe. After I select that I want a new league and then a new fictional league, it takes me to the page where I determine how many sub-leagues and divisions I want. I then make my selection and select the cities the teams are in (and the level of minor league affiliates). Ideally now I would be able to do the same thing two more times to create Leagues B and C but instead I have to progress to things like my manager's name and whether potential is on a 0-100 scale or 20-80 scale.

Can someone help me out?

When you start a Custom League, select Fictional. When you get to the screen to start your league, select Advanced Mode in the bottom left. This takes you to the custom league creator screen. Each time you choose Add a New League in the right-hand sidebar, it should create a new league. You can make as many as you want and then go to league options and set up pro/rel.

The difficulty may be in that they will all be named Fictional Baseball League to start, but you can make the ones you want and then adjust everything before you start the season.
