Hyper Active GM

Hi, I'm a brand new OOTP player and started a game as Manager Only (as the YouTube Video recommended). My issue is that my GM is promoting and demoting players every single day, sometimes more than once a day (like he'll demote a player and call them back up in a day).

Is this a glitch or a feature? Because it's really annoying and screws with my pitching staff assignments.

Most likely not a glitch. I think many players choose to be gm and manager so they can control that aspect of the game. You could always set your assistant gm to handle promotions or demotions starting at any level you choose. If you want to continue as manager only though you will probably have to deal with what you are currently experiencing.
