SQL for team.mysql.sql file exporting wrong data

It appears as though the SQL for the Teams basic data which exports to the teams.mysql.sql file is exporting the incorrect data for one of the fields.

jersey_main_color_id should be getting the hex color from the jersey primary (home) information but it is instead pulling the ballcaps_main_color_id. ballcaps_main_color_id is still pulling correctly, it's just that jersey_main_color_id is now grabbing the incorrect field.

SQL from OOTP 23
(9, "Wawa", "WAW", "Geese", "wawa_geese.png", 85521, 9, 100, 0, 2, 36, 0, 1, 0, 0, 0, 0, "#B58C5E", "#000000", "#B58C5E", "#000000", "#B58C5E", "#FFFFFF", "#B58C5E", "#000000", 0, ""),

SQL from OOTP 21
(9, "Wawa", "WAW", "Geese", "wawa_geese.png", 85521, 9, 100, 0, 2, 36, 0, 1, 0, 0, 0, 0, "#B58C5E", "#000000", "#B58C5E", "#000000", "#4E4D4D", "#FFFFFF", "#B58C5E", "#000000", 0, ""),

You can see that the #4E4D4D has disappeared from the OOTP 23 pull.

SQL after changing colors to different hex codes in modify team colors page
(9, "Wawa", "WAW", "Geese", "wawa_geese.png", 85521, 9, 100, 0, 2, 36, 0, 1, 0, 0, 0, 0, "#AAAAAA", "#BBBBBB", "#CCCCCC", "#DDDDDD", "#CCCCCC", "#FFFFFF", "#000000", "#111111", 0, ""),

To prove it out I changed all codes to unique codes so they should all be different in the data but as you can see above they are not. There are two #CCCCCC codes, which is where I would have to assume something got messed up and jersey_main_color_id started pulling incorrect data.

Could you please fix this in an update? I don't image a lot of people use these fields but I pull these colors and assign them to colors for my teams on my website and it's wreaking havoc on some team pages.

Best case scenario every single item on the team logos, colors and uniforms page would get its own output field, logos, ballcaps, jerseys and pants, home and away for all of those. It would increase the amount of fields in that table, but would provide a way to output numerous team colors for one team.

Thanks!

Any chance this can be fixed or at least looked at to determine why it is happening?

Did everyone working at OOTP die? Is anyone even reading these bug reports any more? It feels like this board has become abandoned.

Please fix your bugs. They are annoying.

Hey Subliminal,

We are still here just super busy with...well development of the next installment. I'll make sure I get all of this info and get it on the dev team's desk to review. Hopefully this is something they either can fix or have already fixed. I'll report back when I get some updates to report.

Thanks
Alex

I think the fundamental issue with your statement is that you're expecting people to want to buy your new installments when the old ones are full of bugs. This should be a simple fix, it's just exporting the wrong field in SQL likely due to the introduction of the pants colors.

Since there has been no movement on this I highly suspect no one gives a **** about the bugs in their software, bugs that will be present in the next version and all future versions. This is very disturbing to me. As a customer who has purchased OOTP every year since version 9, OOTP 24 will be the first version I refuse to buy. All the new features in the world can't (and don't) fix the bugs you leave in previous versions.

I'm done with OOTP. My league and I will stick with OOTP 23 from here on out and I'll let them all know not to worry about purchasing any future versions. I know OOTP doesn't give 2 ****s about one league worth of people but **** it, I'm done with your bull**** and inability to fix the bugs you introduce with every new version.
