report two bugs on OOTP GO 24

1. On attributes date, the salary does not correctly calculated.
they say "attribute estimate is $11,550,000" but I can't offer over $9,870,000 because they don't plus estimate

2. Roster transcation tab is not fixed.

Roster trascation tab is what I can check 40-man roster, Injuries list, Rule 5 player and active roster.

So on OOTP23 go, I usaully set it 40-man roster / active roster but on OOTP24 GO It comes back to active roster / Injuries list

It's annoying when check rule-5 player and spring camp.

also this problem was reported on OOTP24 GO forum already.
and reported several times on my Korean community too.

Just in case you don't understand my english

1. 연봉조정 시 연봉조정 계산이 올바르지 않음.
연봉조정 추정치의 덧셈이 제대로 이루어지지 않아 연봉조정 시 "현재" 사용 가능한 예산을 벗어날 수 없음.

사진에서 11,550,000달러가 추정예산으로 잡혀있으나, 덧셈이 되지않아 9,870,000달러 이상으로 계약을 제안할 수 없음

2. 선수 이동 탭이 고정되지 않음. 다른 화면을 방문했다가 다시 탭을 방문하면, 이전에 설정해둔 리스트가 아닌 부상자 명단과 액티브 로스터 탭으로 돌아옴.
