Missing Season Awards

I have a 2-League Promotion/Relegation fictional league going. Through the first 4 years, everything is fine. However, for the last 2 seasons, the Relegation League (the league my team is currently in) has not had any End of Season awards, like MVP, Pitcher of the Year etc. None of the awards have been generated.

This corresponds to the same time my team was relegated, so it may or may not be a coincidence. I don't recall changing anything, but maybe I did without realizing.

I'm sure it's a setting, but I've looked at both of my leagues (the Promotion League is still handing out awards as normal) and all settings appear to be normal.

Any ideas?
