Cuban players to Free Agency in MLB??

i randomly released 3 Cuban League players in the Serie Nacional de Baseball to become "defected" players who will become Free Agents in the MLB.

My issue is i cant seem to get them to become available as Free Agents with any league but the Cuban league.

Any idea how i can get them to show up on MLB free agent list?

Check the setting of the Cuban league and make sure FAs are allowed to leave the league.

Alternatively you can go into the editor of the player and change their league to MLB, but no team.
