Ballparks
I was changing the ballpark for one of my FTP teams this morning (before 6 AM EDT) and there were lots and lots of grayed out extra ballparks in there, many labeled "mission reward". Are they just historical relics?

once you reach high enough level in Perfect Team you will see some stadiums become available
