Trading Engine

The trading engine seems a little wonky....When I add more players who should be considered assets the team becomes less likely to accept.

I agree.Trades that are fair do not go through. Even adding assets to imbalance doesn't work. Trade engine needs tuning. Commish override mode does not work in trades. Waivers need to be introduced too.

Waivers are already there.

NHL Teams aren't wanting to Trade more then One Player or Draft Picks or even Prospects in a Trade.

it certainly is off from the crazy moves lately in the real NHL. Try some of those trades in the game and it tells you the team won't trade that player. well they just did and it was for real. lol

The engine does not allow shopping a player nor does the engine seek a trade like OOTP14 nor forcing a trade in commish mode. I miss that feature.

I don't know if there has been an update since this post, but I'm having no issues trading. I just dealt Trevor Daley for Brandon Dubinsky. Seems legit.

The main issue I'm having is worthless offers for my players.

Still seeing craziness like Rick Nash for Anders Nilsson.

Hopefully it's just an issue of the current state of off season rosters and cap space.

I had no idea David Perron was so untradable until I got this game.

Perron for Paajarvi and a 2nd was laughed at in this game. In real life, it's a deal.

Oh, and my game just crashed. Thinking about asking for a refund here, this is pitiful.

Thats why they call it BETA software...

It will have bugs and crashes. It's meant to test not to seriously start your managing hockey career.

Until September Official FHM Day, this current Game, as stated by Brad and longtime testers, is in BETA format ... an uncomplete and can be unstable at times Hockey Game, with bugs and crashes, for us to continue to test and ironed out or find unknown issues in preparation for the Official Release ... bear in mind, as long as you are aware this Game is in BETA format, you'll have an opportunity to continue to own this Game - in discount - before the Official FHM Game Release ... otherwise, you will be disappointed ...
