Is it possible to have random rookies from all eras enter in through a high school feeder league?

I am looking to have my feeder leagues supply the draft class for the MLB. I wanted to have real random rookies enter in through high school and progress through JUCO/College and be drafted.

I can't seem to get them to import into the High school feeder league though. I have simmed 10 years and no real players have entered the high school league.

Can anyone help me with the settings
Currently I have the MLB draft as only supplied by feeder leagues and the HS league is setup to import random rookies from all eras.

Random rookies enter the league at their rookie year age as either free agents or in a draft pool depending on your league options.

With the way the engine works, if you try and import real players in at age 18 (or less) most will start off as fragile causing you other issues. You could pull players from the Minor League databse, but you will still have a ton of players who are not 18. You will run into the same issue trying to force the age for these players.

Basically, if the player didn't have stats to use for calculating at the age he is generated... the game just assumes he missed the year due to injury and creates him as a fragile player.

Sharing this, because if you go through all the trouble to do what you are looking for and finally succeed... you are going to find you have another giant obstacle to get past. I tried this myself with 18 year old players (not feeder league though) and got goofy results even when lowering the injury settings to Very Low and Extremely Low.
