Random Debut?
When we play random debut all the parks are rated neutral. I'm not complaining. At times I really like playing with all neutral parks. Just wondering how hard it would be to make the neutral park default setting optional? If unchecked, the game would use the historical park factors that a straight up historical league uses.

I believe you can go to Ballpark Settings and use the Action button to automatically (or manually) import park factors.

I believe it uses the data in the era_ballparks.txt file. So, it should refer to the import season of your RD league.
