2013 with Historical Transactions/Lineups

Is there a way to do this before the next version of the game comes out (I mean, apart from me making every transaction and setting every lineup myself)?

I love this feature in the game but have no idea how it works after I tick those check boxes. Can it be done as an add-on, or is it directly tied to the League Creation page?

You could download the September 1st rosters then make manual changes, otherwise no. Not sure if teh rosters are only here on the boards or on add ons central.
