Steam - PP Purchase failing

I'm seeing the following error despite the fact I have enough in my steam wallet.

Have you tried restating the client, as mentioned in the post directly above yours? That should (hopefully) solve things.

In that case, what error message do you get? Is it the exact same as the one in the initial post or is it different?

Similar to the one above but just through the Steam client.

Will not allow me to press any button after selecting the amount of PP I want to purchase. Problem still persisted even after ensure proper funds were in the Steam Wallet. In-game Steam Overlay is activated as well.

I keep freezing on the overlay to authorize the purchase. Restarted Steam, OOTP and Mac numerous times to no avail. Am I missing something?
