Two way checkbox disappeared

Tony Mullane appears to have lost his ability to be used as a two-way player... he had the checkbox at the bottom of his 'set game strategy' section (I've been using him as a two-way player for over a dozen seasons now)... but I just noticed he doesn't appear in my lineup section anymore.

I looked as his game strategy settings and the two-way player box is gone.

Can that be put back? While he's not going to win any offensive/defensive awards, he still has serviceable abilities to be useful in times of need.

I'm unable to do this with Harry Howell as well.
