Add Relegation League

I don't know if this is bug or not. This have been on since Relegation Leagues came to FHM.

But I can't add Relegation League if custom game is already started. Should there be option to select Relegation League? Because I can't link it even while creating new league or in league edit?

Also there seems to be no options to edit Relegation League settings/rules? Like if custom game is already started. Then I can't edit number of teams promoted/relegated.

Noone seems to be interested about this one? Been asking that question also on FHM10 couple times and never got answer there.

Maybe Relegation Leagues are not high prio? But some answer sometimes would be nice or am I muted?

Also, they should have their own entry drafts. No clue why you have feeder leagues, but other pro leagues can also sign them. Not what a 'feeder' is.
