Scouting basics?

How does scouting work in this? I assigned all my scouts regions to scout. Will they start telling me about prospects?

We've covered Scouting multiple times on our FHM Twitch series, so you may want to check it out (and we'll likely cover a bit more again in our next Nordiques one) but you're on the right track.

Basically you want your guys to cover either regions or leagues. Have a mixture of where people are from and if they're scouting to current ability and potential. Scouts scout best in their home region, or rather more efficiently. They can scout elsewhere as well but it won't be as quick. You can have reports come as often as you want, but if you have permanent assignments on, I would recommend just the longest available time. You can still check information when you want.
