First Year Player Draft, then what?

Just completing the annual First Year Player Draft. I have 774 players remaining.
What happens to those remaining players? Do they remain in the draft for the next year's draft, or do they move to the MLB free agent list, or what?

if they are HS players, they go into college. If they are college players who are younger than 22/23, they go back to college, if they are aged out of college, they go into FA.
