What year do minor leagues start in historical?

I have the option, import and maintain real minor leagues checked. What year do they come into existence?

technically 1915 as that is what is listed when you create games.

Overview of OOTP minor leagues:

Federal League 1914-15
no minors from 1916-18
Texas League 1919-
Negro Leagues 1920-48
Pacific Coast League 1921-
International League 1927-
various other leagues start to appear...

Unofficially, you can start the minor league as early as 1882, long before 1914. However, it requires significant effort. While the minor league players exist, the minor league structure doesn’t, so everything has to be set up manually. Even for someone like me, who handles all the 19th-century setups manually, it felt like far too much work.
