My team had a terrible season, and our intended ace started the season 1-11. He lost his 19th game in August with 32 games to play, but then spent his last six starts dodging that horrible 20th loss that would have forever tainted his career record.

His nickname is now "Neo"

Also, the Giants had by far the best season I have ever seen an AI historical team have... 126 wins! Incredible. Sometimes I play stacked teams for fun and I'm not sure I've even come close to that total on any recent version of OOTP. I think 116 wins is the most I've ever had in this version, and that's with a constructed team, not a historical one.

The Giants thankfully beat the 94-68 Yankees in 6 games, so there's no asterisk on that total like the 2001 Mariners.
