Oops!
Just noticed that I didn't finish the Devils logo before I posted it. Here he is with his other arm and the rest of his chest. Sorry!

Awesome, thanks again for making this guy. He looks great. It took me a bit to figure out how to add a custom logo, but I think I've got it now. I look forward to reaching a league with some OL teams in the next few weeks. |

You're welcome. It was fun for me. If you need any help getting it into the game, just post. OLers are there to help. If you don't mind, please post any playoff success you have in PT. I like to make up badges for OL world series winners. If you look back in this thread, you'll see some examples. |

Rude Welcomes Fuel OL G333 Leaders
Shangri-La has been treated poorly in its OL debut, with Norwood, 8-0, and Krikkit, 6-0, slaying the Dragons and riding their rudeness to the top two spots. Port Ruppert is third.

Ring Road Races to Top of OL S259
The Rams lead the pack, but the compactness of the league should lend itself to providing openings for challengers. Unfortunately, Bevo Mill will not be one of them, as PT has clipped their OL debut to just eight games.

Then Waffletown just destroyed the Rams 15-1 to bring us back to earth. Looks to be a good series.

In the Return from Perfect (60-102 record), The Bombers added SE Biggio, SE Dawson from the AH. They also finally completed SE Cap Anson, and then just completed SE Clemente. I guess the benefits of walking away for a few weeks allowed some PP to come up, and then some FOTF dropped and I sold some diamonds for 40k that I'd bought for 5-10k. Anyways, big additions to the righty team. They're leading the charge for them this week. Unfortunately, the Rangers are in their division too.

Bevo Mill Debuts on Top, but...
The Redbirds fared well in their first OL action, but, while completing half their schedule with aplomb, they will fall short of the required ten games. With the other teams so closely packed, it's a wide open race in OL S259.

Norwood Continues to Ride Wave of Dominance in OL G333
The Diamonders ran their win skein to 11 straight over Shangri-La to keep a tight grip on the top spot, with Port Ruppert and Asylum the closest chasers.

Rustlers Slip into First in OL S259
Terra Incognita grabbed the top spot in the four wide race, with only Bevo Mill eliminated because of a short schedule. The Redbirds have fought their way just clear of relegation.

Diamonders Dominating in OL G333
Norwood, while idle against their favorite victims, the Dragons, kept their brooms busy, sweeping Brigadoon and Hartford en route to building a commanding lead in OL G333.

Cochise County is still leading the way in OL play. I have only logged into the game twice this week (including today)-no idea about games remaining per team but could shape up into a race.
In PT play if the playoffs started today no OL teams would qualify. Norwood should be able to make a run at a WC and trail in their division by 9. Jefferson Valley is only 2 back in a three team race in the AC East and a percentage point out of the second WC. Currently we have three teams in the relegation zone, Ft. Huachuca, Blitzkrieg and Sierra Vista. Cochise County is in danger of falling into that category. |

I169 Update
Vlora is in the lead as we enter the last half of the season, but Transylvania is just behind. The White Stallions begin a 3-game series with the Dragones momentarily, while the only OL series left for the Impalers is a 3-game set against Otonokizaka tomorrow. That series will push Transylvania to the 10-game minimum for OL play and put them in a prime spot to take the title should the White Stallions stumble.
Meanwhile, in non-OL play, Transylvania, Otonokizaka, Vlora, and Daytona Beach are currently in playoff spots, while all the other teams are in relegation spots.

Dateline: Hooterville
Hooterville nation is dancing in the street and they have plenty of reason to do so. A high ranking league official, who was very involved in the high profile roster addition, spoke on condition of anonymity, because they are not officially authorized to publicly speak, said that Hooterville has acquired services of a 99 Willie Mays for the unbelievable signing price of 30,000 PP from the auction house. Willie, who last saw playing time in the Diamond League back in 2028, has been riding the pine for the last 14 seasons, and appeared "desperate" in locating a landing spot on a team that needed him and where he could be a every day player. Stepping off the bus, Willie was greeted with the full red carpet treatment and brass band however, was rushed into service as the Haymakers have been barely staying above .500, all season long. With this latest edition, the Haymakers are hoping that it will light a raging fire under their behinds and drive the club into winning their division, which is not too far off. As of press time, Hooterville was sitting in 4th place and only 6 games out of 1st place in their bronze division. Will this "magic rabbit" be what it takes for Hooterville to go all the way, or is it just a pipe dream.....time will tell. -30- |
