Is there a way to use statslab or ootpou for an offline league by chance? i can't stand the developmental section in game

You'll still need your own local (personal) web server like MAMP (or WAMP for Windows) setup or a web host to run the scripts and database. I've used StatsLab on my local Window computer since version 9, though it's always needed a little bit of tweaking to get it to run right on windows. But it is possible to do.

what file to i copy ? I looked but wasnt sure. Just hard to read the links so need to fix it and not sure which file to grab

6.0.2 released. All it fixes is the background image at the top of OU. Unzip and go to Admin and click Regenerate UI Files. It should now use the OOTP 13 header which should look nicer now.

IS there a way to transfer Draft lists from within OOTP 14 to the Statslab program? I cannot find anyway to make it work. I hate searching for players in statslab so I'd like to set it up in OOTP and transfer it.

This isn't statslab let's not get that confused its ootpou . The answer to you question is no you can't transfer draft list from ootp to the ootpou utlity . Some of my gms dislike searching for players in ootpou but they have gotten use to it over the seasons as we do the complete draft in ootpou and them import it into ootp then its done

Apparently the HTML game log files are different if you copy them from your PC vs using the Commish portal.

Hmm nice that u got gamecast tweaked to work better with 14 . I assume the logs are in order to make them work with external utlities

I have a question, I'm in a league that has 3 separate leagues all in the same files with separate drafts, is it possible to use this program to host all 3 drafts? and what would I need to know to do it. I've hosted a draft in my league before so I'm not OOTPOU illiterate, but I forsee issues and tweeks I may need to make and I was wondering if anyone has done it who can help me know exactly what it would entail

It's my league that painmantle is referring to. I've got OOTPOU installed, and I'm pretty sure it's easy to run the 3 drafts from the 3 separate major leagues. It appears as if I just csv the draft lists from each inaugural draft into the appropriate folder on the server and I'm good to go, and then I set up the admin stuff for the leagues in OOTPOU.

Now here's my question.
I successfully imported a draft list, but I'm seeing all kinds of goofy symbols and characters in the player's names. It looks like it's happening to players who have accents and whatnot above letters in their name in game, but there are a lot of them in our league. How can I fix this in OOTPOU?

Also, despite seeing all the players (albeit with goofy symbols) none of their ratings are showing. The columns show, and everything looks checked off properly. I checked the inaugural draft option. I clicked 1-10 on the main admin page. The reports have been run properly (I think).

Anybody know the secret to fix these two problems?

I figured out how to correct the goofy symbols. I also realized I had installed the 13 version for my 14 league so fixed that as well.

However, the only thing not working is that I can't see any player ratings in the draft list still, just the blank columns.

What am I missing?

Assuming your league is the one in you sig, I see the ratings fine in the draft utility. Try using a different browser or clearing the cache?

As for the 3 leagues, OU actually does handle a universe with more than one league with human managers. Each manager should log in and just see the utilities for their league. The commish's should have a dropdown in the various Admin pages that lets them administer the utility for each league.

However, I say "should" since I added the support for multi-leagues a few years ago for a couple of leagues in OOTP 11 or 12 or something. I have not tested it since, so it would not surprise me if something didn't work quite right. Let me know and I can fix it.

Yeah, not all pages though, I can't access the "running a sim page" the "troubleshooting" page or any of the pages listed under the "Utilities" heading.

Just a quick update. I missed copying one fix to the zip file for the Gamecast utility in the last patch. Grab the latest zip and it will fix the stats all being 0 in Gamecast
