FYI, getting the following error when trying to submit a blank HOF ballot:

Just wanted to re-iterate how great these utilities are and thank you for your patience with me

Two things:
1) Anyone know why my Hall of Fame inductees are not showing? (note: they were not selected using the utility, but in another league I have the players already in the hall are shown) Hall of Fame - StatsLab for OOTPX http://www.usbaonline.net/reports/ne...inductees.html

2) Would it be possible to get a Through, After, Equal choice on the year setting in the leaderboards in a future patch? It is sweet to be able to see who has the most HR after age 40; but it would also be neat to see who has the most wins since year X.

They should show up if you run the career metrics (Career Position, Ink Scores/HOF Monitor).

Shoot me a PM with a temporary commish password to your util install and I'll take a look. Make sure you've upgraded all your StatsLab files to the latest version, too. The version number still says 1.0.0, although given that you've got the HOF module enabled, you've got some of the recent code.

I have the latest patch (have widgets and all), don't know why it says 1.0.0

I think I know what it may be. The server I have the main league stuff was full, so I had to install StatsLab on my unlimited server for the 2 leagues' histories. I keep a 2nd set of reports updated there to go with the StatsLab utilities. That set of reports doesn't have the history with it because I only export it once a season. I'll try creating the full reports tonight; hopefully that will fix it.

Has anyone used StatsLab for an inaugural draft? Please tell me a few quick pointers on how to do it if it's possible. I have StatsLab up and running, just want to know if this is possible.

Yes but it requires a little bit of hacking if you don't have a backup from the end of each season. See the second part of my post here:

I am having an issue getting the Hall of Fame to load.


The ballot indicates that no one is eligble and the Inductees page is empty, but we have 39 players inducted in game (although all have been indcuted in 6.5 prior to us converting to X for the past season).

I have our settings at this:
Hall of Fame Voting Settings
Enable Voting: yes
Show Results To All (else, only after voting): no
General Settings
Minimum Years Since Retirement: 1
Minimum Seasons Appeared In: 1
Maximum Number of Years on Ballot: 10
Maximum Number of Votes per Ballot: 15
Batter Qualifications
Include batters with any of the following
Hits: 1
Home Runs:1
Stolen Bases:1
Minimum Batting Average in plate appearances .100 in 100
Minimum OPS in plate appearances .100 in 100
HOF Standards: 0
Batters must meet each of the following
Minimum Plate Appearances: 100
Players not meeting above criteria
Always include these players: blank
Pitcher Qualifications
Include Pitchers with any of the following
Wins: 1
Strikeouts: 1
Saves: 0
Minimum Winning Percentage in innings pitched 0.00 in 1
HOF Standards: 0
Pitchers must meet each of the following

I commish a league where the last guys that were inducted into the Hall were inducted when the league converted from 6.5 to 2007. I don't have the problem populating the ballots, but I do have the blank Indcutees page. fhomess thinks it may have something to do with the lack of fielding stats, but I entered fielding stats for one of the hall of famers and it still didn't recognize him as being in the hall.

Yeah, I haven't had time this week to review this again. The HOF page currently checks for a player's inclusion in the career metrics, and players don't get in there unless they've got a position defined, which requires fielding stats. Obviously, there's something else going on, too, just haven't had time to really investigate more closely. It appears to only happen with players who played exclusively in much older versions of OOTP.

I am in the same boat and looking for a way it can be done. At this point, I know of no draft utility that will work for an inaugural draft in OOTP X.

Dump the Free Agents to the inaugural draft and it works. I did this for Hardball Heroes.
