I think this is the first Sunday in months where not a single one of my PT teams made the post season
ah well... just means I'll have more time to work on my Beer League dynasty thread

Bronze playoffs dominated by blatant cheater*
I'll open with a side question - how does one report a blatant cheater? I can't quite figure it out. Anyway...
The Bronze playoffs were filled with OL teams, with OL teams in six of the ten spots. In the end, Hartford, dominant in their two series against non-OL teams, was swept by the ironically-named 3rd Street Saints. Congrats to Hartford, the should-be Champs. --- * Explanation: 3rd Street has -- since the beginning of PT21 -- obliterated the competition until they reach Gold, then tank until they reach Stone. In a consistent, unmistakeable pattern. Manager is Mattikins, fwiw |

I've been unfortunate to be placed with this team many times and always struggled. Winning 130 games and looking at their roster makes you wonder.... Yes, I definitely agree to congratulations to the Hartford Whalers.

Plyoffs, Promotions and the Wrap Up
I'm guessing no iron standings again the week, so the wrap up is attached.
The only OL team still in action in the playoffs is Palolo, which is tied 3-3 in diamond league. Go Puppies! Promotions to watch for with your friends lists: To bronze - Cat Town and Sierra Vista To silver - Hartford, Death Valley, Transylvania To gold - Ciudad Trujillo, El Dorado, South Side Make sure to check your list and hit submit. Just checked: Palolo fell in game seven, so that's a wrap. See you next week. Last edited by Stanley Kuppchaser; 11-29-2020 at 08:48 PM. |

Iron 161 Reporting
Hi All,
I didn't realize until it was too late last week that Iron didn't get reported. I can do this week's, but I'm not fancy like most of y'all. There were 4 team in Iron 161 that I could see and I don't think anyone played enough games to get a coveted crown: Sierra Vista Scorpions 6-1 .857 Cat Town Tabby Cats 8-2 .800 Iron Maiden Wasted Years 2-5 . 286 Asheboro Road Dogs 1 - 9 .100 The Scorpions bit the rest of their division, finishing 91-71, but lost in the Divisional Round. The Tabby Cats finally got their act in gear, going 95-67 and winning their division. They went all the way to the Iron series, but got swept by the Whiteheads, who had earlier dispatched the Scorpions. Both the Scorpions and the Cats are headed to Bronze, so be sure to add us!

Ol s331 2056
Wow, we have 14 teams in one league, perhaps the most ever. Overall, our capture rate seems pretty spotty, with gold and diamond split up. My three teams are all in silver, so we need some folks to step up. Wish PT did a better job of spreading the teams around, but hopefully the two outliers will get enough games. I am happy that my three teams are all in different divisions. Good luck to all.

looks like we have a split at the Gold tier this time for whatever reason.... 4 teams in Gold 340 / 4 teams in Gold 320... all the other tiers from Iron to Diamond got everyone

Actually four teams with at least two playing 10 games just makes it. Congratulations to Cat Town. |

Terra Incognita Leads OL S331
The Rustlers, keyed by a three-game sweep of winless Illawarra, took the top spot in the first month. Four other teams also started at .600 or better.
