DID YOU DO ANY MISSIONS?

Is it a definite on the PP sale for Black Friday?

They have it every year. Generally, they have sales at the same time as Steam sales. No guarantees.

Live Missions gets you all those guys

Start off doing the live missions. Start by bidding 6 for as many iron level cards as you can. When you get them all, you will have completed a bunch of the Live 15 missions - submit those to get card rewards and gold packs. Then bid 26 for as many bronzes as you need to get to 26 cards per live team - when you get to those 25 you will get a card reward. When you complete all the missions for a division, (both 15 and 26) you will get a "topper" who is a diamond. When you complete all the missions for a league (15 and 26) you will get a better topper. And when you complete both leagues you will get more toppers (Mark Prior and Hank Aaron, if I remember correctly).

When you go to the "collection missions" page, you should sort the missions by % complete descending so you know what missions you are closest to completing. You will also complete some incidental missions along the way, that usually give you packs.

Sorry, haven't read the wholeThread.

Playing for 4 Weeks now. Won 1 Stone League, went down from Iron back to Stone.

Now I worked me through the Missions... wow my Team is now way to good for Stone.

1 x 100
12 × 90+
10 × 85 +
2 x 80 +
1 × 76 Encarnacion.... love this 3B Card

My Record in Stone League at the Moment 80+ to 10

Never ever paid a Cent

Kind regards
Derek

Excellent, the next mission set to complete is NL1 followed by NL2 for 6 great 100's and 3 perfect packs.

Sorry, I hadn't checked the thread here. I don't really understand what it means to "do" a mission. So far I've completed just 5 collection missions, which I completed by getting cards by opening packs which may meet requirements to complete some missions. Do I just get keep lots of standard packs and open them up and hope that the cards I collect will let me "do", i.e., complete more missions?

Some of my confusion is that the rewards for completing missions seem small, like getting a couple of diamond packs or something.

Use the Card Shop to buy the "Live" cards needed to complete the the "Live Missions to begin. Don't try to buy packs to complete them. That will start your team. Then approach the other Missions in the same general manor as completing the Live. I went with "need" after the Live Missions to figure out what next.

Buy the cheap bronze BAL cards to get 12 easy packs for the live missions.
