Is there a way for our league just to add an export tracker?

It's the server's timezone. You can specify your timezone offset in the profile page if you want to show it at a different time. Really only needed for the draft clock.

2) A lot of refresh issues. Example: You login and it brings you back to the page and in the upper right it says your not logged in. You refresh the browser and it then says your logged in.

Dunno, but once you log in you should stay logged in unless you delete your cookies on your browser.

You can turn off each utility in the admin screen, so you can just only enable the export tracker if you want.

I knew I had a recent copy someplace. I just tried to get it working for the CBL a couple weeks ago.

anyway. I dropped it into the ootpwiki.info file gallery, I am headed to bed so I'll add it to ootpmods.com later

Yes, You do not need the game to draft

No, you can take as long to do the draft as you like

(note:you cannot advance the files past the draft in-game until you are finished in the utility)

I'm testing a new league and the draft utility is not showing ratings greater than max. League is on a 1-10 scale but ratings that are higher than that are being displayed as 10. Am I not seeing an option somewhere?

Looked through the code and commented out the

$newTal = min($talScale, $newTal);

line in Utils.pm so I think I got it.

In case people haven't figured it out yet, the OOTP 15 version works just fine on OOTP 16 with no changes.

Yeah, didn't want to bug you too much so I just installed and let 'er rip and saw there were no issues. Is this where to post improvement suggestions, etc.? The only real thing I've noticed using it for the first time with an association is that the league changer function that works in the draft admin screen would be nice to have in every utility for every logged in user. Some of my league's owners wanted to follow the other league's draft and other progress.

And thanks for posting in this thread, it reminds me that I still need to donate.
