Charlatan has it right. Not cool putting tournament cards into missions. Tournament cards are already in demand. Put cards into missions that nobody uses nor gives a damn about.

I may not be in our league this year but hats off to Maxfire and the Rangers. He's cruising to the number one seed. I gotta stop that somehow. Enter Shoeless Joe.
This has been a fun season. Stanley and Bottom of the Sixth, hope you don't mind me posting too much in your thread. Next year I will have moved on somewhere else but will still be watching all you guys. I may still enter the Gutter Cats at some point. I'd have to look at their roster.

I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say that your contributions are always welcome and would be sorely missed if they were gone. There's a place for your Guttter Cats, as well, of course. |

Thanks! I checked the Gutter Cats and they have a bunch of live cards so I'll see what I can do but it may be a couple of weeks but I'll likely join you guys when I get it squared away.

Breaking News: Kansas Wins Our League ST107
Oh yeah, and the sun rose in the east. Three teams gave mighty chase, but the Rangers winning the first stone crown joined death and taxes in the pantheon of inevitability. Congratulations on an amazing run. Let's hope your three primary chasers close the gap quickly, so you don't end up as OL's sole representative in the far reaches.
I've also attached the promotion and relegation for next week. I'm up early because I promised to make donuts this morning, so I figured I'd get these up first. Good luck to those in the playoffs. |

One last thing...
Just to underscore the amazing 2022 OL ST 107 season, the awards committee decided on a special tribute to Weston Pointe. Though it seemed clear they were playing for second place, the Caspers, the Coney Island Warrriers, and the Carey Southpaws waged a dogged fight of ahabian proportions. Thus they are awarded this special prize.
Time to make the donuts. |

The Wrap Up
I'm guessing we'll be adding an iron next week. It'll be interesting to see where folks land, since I think I read somewhere that jumps from entry levels can be multiple levels. With Shinbone and Asylum headed to silver, it'll be interesting to see if anyone joins them.
By the way, I'm not tracking the all time list, so there's not need to report playoff games involving OL teams. The current situation will eventually end and that will limit my PT time. I don't want to begin a project that I know will be unsustainable and, in the end, a disappointment. I will continue to do the crowns and wrap up, as long as the interest seems to be there. I believe we got about 30 seasons last year before we jumped the shark. I will continue tracking the standings for leagues I'm in, but would not be offended at all if someone else grabbed them as they see it fits their time. Thanks, as always, for being a great bunch. Remember to heed the words of Knucklehead Smith's post. Do it tonight before you turn in. |

I think an all-time regular season record will be good enough to crown a PT-21 champ, even without the post season matchups... the online sheet should do for that as long a we get all the regular season records |

Multiple jumps from entry level were only the first week I believe.

Among the two teams in I180, Otonokizaka will be the one promoted to bronze with a record of 75-87. Transylvania (60-102) will remain in iron and may actually get to play some OL games next week.
Poor Otonokizaka, all on their own

Would it be feasible if each manager individually tallied their W-L record each season and reported it on here? It could cause more confusion for what its worth, but just thinking out loud.

No, they were non-compliant, and intended to be so, in order to avoid the confusion of a mid-week entry. Unless, of course, I screwed up and forgot to leave a live guy on the team, which is possible, because I paid little attention to them when it became clear they could not stave off relegation. I just replaced guys and hit AI, so I can't be sure of all the transactions. It definitely was my intention to join OL for the 2023 season. I added the OL so I wouldn't forget to do it. Thanks for the heads up. Poor Kansas, they could have had an extra 19 wins in OL. You guys can start kicking my ass for real come Monday.

In a surprise move, the Saint Paul Fighting Saints defeated the Kansas "Moby Dick" Rangers to advance to the Stone championship. It was a 4-0 sweep too
. Also, a heads up: Terra Incognita was relegated to Rookie so make sure they are on your friends list, you Rookies! |

I would agree. Sometimes last year, it got to be a pain to dig up games, just for the sake of completism. I'd have to wait for OOTP to publish playoffs etc. And it would not have changed a single thing. The only other big influence on who's top dog is the number of crowns, and since I keep a folder with the wrap ups, that would be simple to calculate. By the way, any thematic ideas that one might want to explore for the wrap up would be happily entertained. Suggest away! |
