We're having the same problem in our Draft this year, players that aren't eligible to be drafted yet are showing up in Utilities. (15, 16, 17 year olds)

We do not have feeders. We are an MLB quickstart league with default classes. I have upgraded to OU 8.01.

The order is correct, the eligible players from the file are displayed.

Anyone have any ideas???

Has anybody else experienced that the draft AI is supremely awful? Is there some sort of parameter I'm missing? Whether I set the AI to 1, 5, or anything in between, the AI flat out refuses to draft players of any real quality.

So the curse of the 8s strikes again!!! Now, a decade later, my 2008 draft class has the EXACT same issue -- csv is updated, development is done. Draft was handled the same way I do it every 2 weeks (fast-sim!) EXCEPT the draft class will not display in the utility so therefore no draft utility which is a major bummer...

Any ideas? Anyone?

Draft pool is in the league file and csv export generated fine.

draft_eligible_players.csv is in the right place and has good looking data -- i opened the file and it looks the same as the one from last year.

Utility reveals the latest development reports and league date so csv files are updated (I had this same problem once before and then realized I had not updated the csv files which was causing the problem.

Have tried deleting all csv files and re-uploading them with no results.

Mind you I have done this about 50+ times before & I did it 2 weeks ago win this league with no problem. Utility has been running fine. Other parts of utility are running fine.

Just the stupid draft class won't show up. Not fun to have a draft party and the draft class doesn't show up

i would redo the csv again and re do the reports

I had an issue of the players not showing in my draft and I just redid my reports and the csvs and i was good

Oh I've already done that multiple times -- and did it again just now to be sure.

I've even re-installed a complete fresh new version OOTP OU and get the same problem.

I have been successfully using ootpou through many versions (Both utilities and OOTP) And for some reason 3 weeks into this season the development tracker stopped updating, everything else works fine, and I'm processing everything exactly the same as I always have but the tracker simply refuses to show anything past April 26th 1986. I have tracker info all the way back to Feb 1975 so I'd really like to remedy this. Any ideas? Anyone?

UPDATE: It's 2009 and the draft ran perfectly! Yay! Ready for 8 more years of easy-peasy drafts until the horror that will inflict RANZBA in 2018!

and as mysteriously as the tracker stopped it has started tracking again

I'm sure this has been asked at some point, but can 8.0.1 be upgraded in an OOTP 15 league?

Also what files need be replaced to upgrade. All of them in the OOTPOU folder?

You should be able to just overwrite all the files with new version and be good to go

well it seems that ootpou suddenly refuses to send draft e-mail updates, absolutely nothing has changed on my end or my server other than upgrading to Win10 and it worked fine in every draft previously, any Idea's? Anyone?
