Wow. I like so many of the improvements that I can't say which one(s) I like the best. So I like them all.

You can already do this manually IIRC.

For these things alone I would be willing to pay much more than I did for OOTPB 19:

A good example of "one man's minor is another man's major", now I don't have to keep track in my J. Henry Waugh notebook!! Quote:
If this means we can sift the lists to find only pitching coaches who will take a job in Rk-Kingsport or the DSL... woot! I can turn coaches on again! Quote:
Thanks for posting these, it's nice to have a list of features to look for when starting a new version for the first time!

Lots of things on this list that I like. There are many of the minor features that sound good to me!
Thanks team! |

I agree with you...Major... having a league come in trolling for free agents vs. being populated or having some kind of initial draft is money.

Do the stats still all go to the home team's league?

how about the ability to "clear player strategy" with just a click of a button instead of going through every player and changing his strategy manually?

Schedule editor-ability to schedule neutral site games?
There is a lot of empty space on the schedule editor so space shouldn't be a problem. |

You guys ever think of adding a feature to "save event replay/highlight/box score"? You set the parameters as to what event is saved.
For example, you set it for this: a pitcher sets the league strikeout record, the game automatically saves the recap, replay, highlights, or box score, according to what you'd like. It could also make a season ending highlight reel for a league or a team. All saved for posterity! Last edited by drksd4848; 03-06-2018 at 11:33 AM. |

I know we can do it manually, but I think it would be nice if a condensed MLB quickstart is included in the game. You would only have 4 or 5 levels of minors. You could just release the lowest rated prospects in the free agent pool or delete them all together.
Also, I would like to be able to filter by the year a player was born. I know we can do by age, but when I do that I notice that some of the players ages have rolled over and I end up with someone born in the 1800s, but their age only shows at like 55 in 2017. Even though I am fan of the history of baseball I only like players that I grew up on (i'm almost 35) to show up in the record books so I usually delete anyone over the age of 60 out of the retired players. |

Thanks for your response. Don't worry about it. Sounds a bit hairy.
