ok I did about 2 minutes of research and found an obituary which lists 2006 as the correct death date, so the 2016 one is wrong. As for the image, it appears to have come from this Facebook post. I believe the person pictured is actually Mildred Lundahl. So Buszka is in fact a missing player.
