If we just could have had one of the teams in the AC Central in the AC West with Brigadoon it would have been a decent spread.

As a reminder I am unavailable to post standings until Friday as I am working even earlier than I normally do Tuesday-Thursday. If someone wants the whole week or just the first few days let me know.

I have a 3rd team (won't be OL compliant because I spent $50). Its a theme team based on players who played for the Yankees and Mets from 1969-1978. I am three players short of completing the team, one of which is Bucky Dent. If any of you have have him sitting in your inactive roster I would be happy to take him off your hands. The other is Reggie Jackson-someone has him posted now for 66K so thats not happening but he pops up enough that I'm sure I can get him. The third doesnt have a card yet, Thurman Munson (I am using Rick Cerone until he is hopefully added.)

Maury Wills has decided to take over the reigns of the Mundys' top farm team, the Tri-City Tycoons of the Patriot League. The move was made in the wake of the call up of rookie shortstop Honus Wagner. Wills, pictured below, said, "The snow on the roof tells me it's time to take a teaching role. I look forward to the next challenge."

I take ZERO responsibility for this. I added everyone inside of two levels, and had my placement set to use friends list.

Just FYI, there is a Thurman Munson. It's a Tourney Reward card, so it'll be rare, but he crushes vsL.

I just checked all 3 teams, and don't have Reggie Jackson or Bucky Dent. Sorry!

More than likely, someone else in bronze missed the boat, or PT servers just screwed up (again).

I am so embarrassed. I thought he search box at the top only searched my team I was on. Apparently, it's a global search and the Bucky Dent was on another team. I know when I hit the Grote, my team came up, so I assumed it was the same. I'll double check after work, but I can't see how it could come up with just one player in a global search. That can't be the only Bucky effing Dent in the game.

I do have Bucky! I was looking on the wrong team. It seems that the search at the top searches your current league and puts up the first one it finds. I have him on my Asylum team. If you want him, I guess we should time it quickly. I'll use 26 as the buy now, to identify him as the OL-er.

I'm on the Asylum screen right now if you're available.

Won 4 more packs from a bronze tourney on the Rangers. They got Perfect Shoeless Joe Jackson. Coincidentally, the next pack also had 94 Dolf Luque and 82 Larry Jansen too. Great tourney reward return. Not sure that Shoeless Joe replaces Brouthers at DH though, so he may be going to the AH.

Guess it'll be OOTP's quirky schedule spurts as there seemed to be a decent amount of games on tap. Guess it'll always bug me how a game that prides itself on reproducing reality (to the detriment of play, I think), lets such an easily fixable flaw continue. I believe the Major League schedules were done by a small office of humans, using calculators into the '90s. And they had actual teams to move around.

In PT play, OL is also moving a little slow out of the gate. Right now Otonokizaka and K-Town are in relegation.
