Edit Team error

When on the Edit Team tab for any team, when changing draft picks, is not saving changes correctly.

If I change a draft pick to another team and hit Save Changes, the draft pick I change will save, but in the previous season. Also, any other picks assigned to other teams will disappear and resort back to the team I am editing.

For example, if I change the Penguins 2014 third round pick, so that it will go to Montreal, when I hit Save Changes, all the picks will go back to belonging to the Penguins except for the 2013 third round pick which will belong to Montreal.

Added to the bug list. Traded picks are behaving oddly in general at the moment, so it may be part of that problem instead of just an issue with the commissioner mode, but either way we'll get it checked out.
