GM firings?

can gm's get fired in '17 for poor team play etc? Or GM contracts?

this would be a great feature especially for Online leagues

GM's can be fired by the owner for poor performance. Maybe I don't understand your question.

To add on to what Orcin said (and steal half the credit

), other GMs will be fired for poor performance. You can also be fired for poor performance unless you click the box that prevents you from ever being fired. You may also start the game unemployed, eventually accept a managing job on the minor leagues (which has unique challenges), and then take over when one of those computer GMs in the majors gets fired.
