Manager only features

I usually play as manager only. Not the GM. I let the team GM make the roster moves, trades, FA signings, etc.

So, it would be great if you could have the ability to choose what your in-game facegen character was wearing. Managers don't wear a suit. They wear a uniform. So, have the option for your facegen to be wearing a uniform instead of a suit and tie.

Also, it SHOULD let a manager communicate with the GM, to highlight areas you feel like you need more than others. I should be able to say that I would like more arms on the roster to get through a particularly heave part of the season. Or I should get to let my GM know that I would rather have a veteran bench infielder instead of having my high ceiling AA prospect languishing on the major-league roster before he is ready.

I should be able to have a wish-list before the trade deadline. And the GM should care more or less about what I think depending on my manager reputation.
