Bethalto 7, Bunker Hill 5 (MEBL -- Low Minors)

And we're back to losing. SP Karl Walker went 7 strong innings for Bethalto and drove in 2 runs in the 6th with a double. Bethalto 1B Corbin Mayes was a real pain, reaching bases 4 times against us including a solo HR in the 5th that tied the game 3-3 at the time. We also made 2 more errors, to bring our fielding percentage down to .955.

It looks like Bunker Hill as some issues in the later innings. They look good through the first five usually and then blow it later in the game.

Yes, the bullpen's had serious issues over our first 7 games this year. I think the pen's actually a lot better than this and might end up being one of our strengths, but we'll have to see.
