Grafton 4, Bunker Hill 2 (MEBL -- Low Minors)

Our streak was stopped at 3 games. We got off to an early 2-0 lead, but our offense fizzled after that. Grafton's RF Dave Deal was a real pest. He reached base 4 times and scored twice. C Paul Arnold put the Drifters ahead with a two-out single in the 6th. SP Dorian Porter went 6.1 innings and picked up his 8th win.

Baltimore (31-31) gets back to .500 ball taking the middle game. It was another high scoring wild one against Havana (34-28).

Baltimore's offense lead by LF Jeffrey Murray (35 yr old). Murray went 3 for 4 , 4 RBI , HR and a walk.
SP Foster Johnson gets the win despite only going 5 innings giving up 6 hits and a season high 4 Walks.

Bunker Hill 9, Lebanon 8 (MEBL -- Low Minors)

Our third win in a row and another close high-scoring game. We had what seemed like a comfortable 8-2 lead going into the ninth, but Lebanon came back to tie it. Kevin Porter delivered a pinch-hit two-out grand slam to make it 8-8. But we pushed across the winning run in the 10th on CF Bryan McKenzie's walk-off double.

Bunker Hill 14, Lebanon 9 (MEBL -- Low Minors)

More offense! We drew 12! walks to go with our 14 hits. 1B Craig Clark was our most productive hitter, going 3-for-5 with 4 runs and 5 RBIs. 3B Russell McDonald drove in 4 and LF Phil Nolan scored 4 runs. Our pitching was shaky again (especially our mop-up relievers), but when you're scoring like this that's ok.
